Job Summary
The Lead Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with strategically important clients across multiple lines of business. This role involves developing medium- to long-term sales plans, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions that meet client needs. The Lead Key Account Manager works independently with limited supervision and typically coaches and reviews the work of lower-level professionals.
This job profile is intended for specialist professionals that apply advanced knowledge of a job area. Required to manage projects / processes independently with limited supervision. Typically coaches and reviews the work of lower level professionals.
Should have the basic knowledge of rotating equipment. Specifically turbomachinery.
Should have knowledge of instll base and contacts in Industry such as Steel / Fertilizer / Power / Refinery / Petrochemicals / General Industry.
Understand the requirement of customer and should be able to develop techno-commercial solutions/offers for repair / refurbishment.
To develop the growth plan for his own area for Turbo Service business opportunities.
Plan customer visits, ensure main customers are efficiently looked after, generate business enquiries to meet growth plan.
Create the business opportunities by increasing customer interaction through productive face time with customer.
Registration of enquiries in CRM and managing the opportunities till converting into order.
Order intake budget planning and implementation of the same to achieve the target.
KPI – Order intake RFC (Monthly, Quarterly, H1 & Full Year) with Bud. Margin, RFQ generation – 1.6 times of OI Bud
Key Skills Required
Turbo Service sales to Steel / Fertilizer / Power / Refinery / Petrochemicals / General Industry.
