Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Industrial / Chemical or related).
15–20 years of manufacturing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Strong exposure to EHS, IMS, Quality, and Manufacturing Excellence.
Proven track record in plant transformation or WCM/Lean deployment.
Certified Lead Auditor (ISO standards) and/or Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
This role is focused on driving **plant transformation into a World Class Manufacturing (WCM) facility**, with strong emphasis on **safety, compliance, quality, and operational excellence**.
The position requires an experienced professional (15–20 years in manufacturing) with strong exposure to **EHS, Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001), Quality, and Manufacturing Excellence**, along with proven experience in **Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and plant transformation initiatives**.
Key expectations from the role include:
• Leading site-wide **EHS strategy**, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving a zero-incident safety culture
• Managing and enhancing **IMS frameworks**, ensuring audit readiness and process standardization
• Strengthening **quality systems**, driving root cause analysis, defect reduction, and COPQ improvement
• Driving **WCM and continuous improvement initiatives** across operations
• Improving **productivity, efficiency, and cost optimization**
• Establishing **process discipline, governance, and operational excellence frameworks**
• Leading **cross-functional transformation projects**, including automation and digital initiatives
• Partnering with leadership to execute **business-aligned plant transformation strategies**
• Building and leading **high-performing teams across EHS, Quality, and IMS**
Key Skills Required
