📌 Qualifications:
B.Sc / M.Sc / B.E / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
8–15 years of experience in chemical manufacturing/production
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end production operations, including advanced products like Nano Urea
Ensure smooth functioning of plant operations with high efficiency and minimal downtime
Drive production planning, scheduling, and execution aligned with business targets
Monitor process parameters and optimize production output and yield
Implement and maintain strict quality control measures as per industry standards
Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production-related issues
Collaborate with maintenance, QA, EHS, and supply chain teams for seamless operations
Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and statutory compliance standards
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM)
Manage and mentor production teams, ensuring productivity and discipline
Monitor raw material consumption and reduce wastage
Ensure proper documentation of production data and reports
Participate in plant audits, inspections, and compliance activities
Support commissioning and scale-up of new processes or products
Drive cost optimization and operational excellence initiatives
