Job Title Supervisor – Formulations
📍 Location: Dahej, Gujarat
📌 Qualifications:
B.Sc / M.Sc / B.E in Chemical Engineering
1–3 years of experience
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Supervise formulation development and production activities
Manage pilot batch and commercial scale-up processes
Ensure accurate preparation of formulations as per specifications
Develop and update trial sheets, formulas, and process documents
Monitor batch execution and ensure process consistency
Coordinate with R&D and production teams
Ensure adherence to quality and regulatory standards
Maintain documentation for internal and external audits
Optimize formulation processes for efficiency and cost
Monitor usage of raw materials and minimize wastage
Train and guide junior staff in formulation processes
Ensure safety practices during formulation activities
Troubleshoot formulation-related issues
Maintain equipment and ensure proper functioning
Support continuous improvement initiatives
