📌 Qualifications:
B.Com / Diploma Engineering
1–2 years of experience
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily packaging operations and workforce
Ensure packaging meets quality and specification standards
Inspect products before packaging and handle rejections
Monitor packaging processes and equipment performance
Coordinate with production and QA teams
Ensure adherence to packing schedules
Maintain records and reports of packaging activities
Train workers and improve team productivity
Ensure proper labeling and documentation
Monitor safety practices in packaging area
Handle deviations and corrective actions
Ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
Assist in audits and inspections
Improve operational efficiency through process enhancements
