Job Title - Sr Manager – Mechanical Maintenance
Location: Bhuj, Gujarat
Department: Maintenance / Mechanical
Reporting To: Site Head

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage the maintenance department, including mechanical systems, utilities, and project execution with effective coordination.
· Oversee breakdown and preventive maintenance activities, including detailed analysis.
· Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical components.
· Prepare and monitor the annual maintenance budget, ensuring adherence.
· Ensure compliance with organizational safety culture, policies, and regulations.
· Develop, implement, and continuously improve maintenance procedures.
· Maintain all reports and documentation in line with ISO and IMS standards.
· Plan and execute initiatives to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
· Review and monitor Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
· Drive training and skill development initiatives for team members.
· Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of recurring failures and implement corrective actions.
· Perform routine inspections and audits of equipment and facilities.

Skill Requirements:

· Technical Tools: SAP, Microsoft Outlook, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Core Skills:

o Implementation of 5S practices
o Designing and preparation of functional design specifications for control systems
o Strong managerial and leadership capabilities
o Knowledge of IMS standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
· Soft Skills: Effective communication, decision-making, team building, and leadership abilities

Experience & Qualifications:

· Total Experience: Minimum 18 years
· Educational Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
