Job Description
Business Development Executiv
Business Development Executive responsible for driving sales growth, developing new
customers, achieving defined quarterly sales targets, and managing long-term
customer relationships across India
Key Responsibilities
1. Work on assigned target companies (guidance will be provided), identify key
decision-makers, initiate contact, schedule meetings, and convert prospects
into customers.
2. Travel extensively across India to develop new business opportunities and
maintain existing customer relationships.
3. Ensure consistent customer engagement to drive repeat business.
4. Execute marketing initiatives including festive greetings, gift hampers, WhatsApp
campaigns, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and trade fair participation.
5. Submit structured weekly reports and participate in performance review
meetings.
Requirements
• 3–5 years in B2B chemical / industrial sales
• BSc (Chemistry) / BTech (Chemical Engineering) / BPharmacy / MBA (Marketing)
• Strong technical understanding preferred
• English & Hindi mandatory (additional regional languages are a plus)
• Energetic, proactive, and target-driven
• Strong ownership mindset and follow-up discipline
• Willing to travel across Indi
