Job Title: Retail Sales Executive

Location: Vadodara

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to manage day-to-day retail store operations, ensure smooth billing processes, and handle backend coordination such as GRN and POD follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and basic operational knowledge of retail processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee daily operations of the retail store
• Assist customers with product selection and provide excellent service
• Handle billing and cash transactions accurately
• Maintain proper stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse/team
• Ensure proper display and arrangement of products in the store
• Follow up for GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and POD (Proof of Delivery) documentation
• Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and dispatch
• Maintain records of sales, inventory, and transactions
• Address customer queries and resolve complaints professionally
• Ensure cleanliness and overall store presentation standards

Requirements:
• Graduate with relevant experience
• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales or store handling

Preferred Skills:
• Customer handling and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in billing
• Team coordination and follow-up skills
