We are looking for experienced HSE professionals who can make an immediate impact on site safety operations.
📌 ROLE OVERVIEW
• Position: Safety Expert
• Location: Debari, Rajasthan
• Specializations Required: Rigging & Lifting / Crane Operations | Hot Work & Molten Metal Handling | Electrical Safety & LOTO Compliance
🔧 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct daily field safety rounds across designated work zones and high-risk areas
• Identify unsafe conditions, unsafe behaviours, and non-compliances; ensure immediate corrective actions
• Verify implementation of safety controls before commencement of high-risk jobs
• Record all safety observations and follow up on closure of corrective action logs
• Submit weekly safety observation analysis, trend reports, and monthly performance reports
• Participate in toolbox talks, job safety analyses, mock drills, and safety campaigns
• Guide contractors and workers in following safe job procedures
• Support internal audits and incident investigations at site
✅ REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
• Proven experience in industrial / heavy manufacturing / mining site safety
• Hands-on expertise in any of the specializations: Rigging & Lifting, Hot Metal Handling, or Electrical Safety & LOTO
• Strong observation, reporting, and corrective action follow-up skills
• Ability to coordinate with supervisors, contractors, and cross-functional teams
• Experience in preparing daily inspection reports, trend analyses, and improvement recommendations
