Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – Gujarat
Location: Vadodara (Gujarat Region)
Reporting To: Head of PPE Business
We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM – Gujarat) to lead and drive B2B sales of PPE and industrial safety products across the Gujarat region. The role requires strong exposure to industrial, EPC, and project-based sales along with dealer network management and key account handling.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive regional sales and business development across Gujarat
• Manage and expand dealer / channel partner network
• Handle key accounts and oversee payment collections
• Engage industrial, EPC, and project-based clients through meetings and presentations
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets
• Conduct product demos and promote PPE solutions
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback
• Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and delivery
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
Qualification & Details
• DME / BE / B.Sc / MBA (Preferred)
• 7–10 years experience in B2B industrial sale
• Experience in Industrial Safety / Fire Fighting / PPE / EPC preferred
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and willing to travel across Gujara
